Over the past few weeks, we had the privilege to be part of an incredible journey working alongside Build Salford. It all started with meeting the employers and diving into a week of practical training with ft-Terrix.
Everyone completed the one-week work placement, resulting in eight job opportunities being offered to Salford residents of all ages, providing valuable pathways to employment and supporting the local community’s growth. CWS proudly committed to 5 Plastering Trainee positions and 3 Labourer positions, with a pathway to a Traineeship within the next 6 months.
Arriving on-site Monday, they’re all embarking on the start of their careers.
We are honoured to be part of such an incredible experience that builds their skills and confidence.
