As 2024 winds down towards the Christmas shutdown, there’s no slowing down for the CWS gang at Waterhouse Gardens. This is our biggest project to date for our most valued partner, Domis Construction.
After an early spring 2024 start, progress moved quickly and it hasn’t slowed since.
To date, we’ve installed:
• 56,617m of voestalpine Metsec plc SFS Metal
• 439,195m of British Gypsum metal
• 208,775m² of British Gypsum plasterboard
• 15,650m of illbruck UK EPDMs
• 2,268m² of URSA UK & Ireland by Etex soffit insulation
• 4,111 tubs of F&T-Terrix Ltd spray plaster
That’s 380 apartments 1st fixed, 345 apartments 2nd fixed, 360 apartments fire-stopped by our sister company COMPLETE FIRE SOLUTIONS LTD, and 335 apartments plastered—all in just nine months. All being well, we’re on track for a spring 2025 finish—a record run rate for the CWS team!
